Senior Partnerships Account Manager – Luxury B2B Publisher

Required to be in West Sussex office 2 days per week plus London office 1 day per week (& international travel)

up to £50k plus bonus & benefits

Are you an experienced account manager with a strong focus on brand direct relationships? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Partnerships Account Manager to join a vibrant team, focusing on servicing and retaining our extensive partnership portfolio.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will ensure that the needs of their partners are exceeded. This involves regular communication with partners, problem-solving, and assisting in planning their involvement in events.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Partnerships Account Management team and oversee coordination of key partnership tasks.
  • Ensure sound Account Management of key accounts, including distilling partner contracts and communicating key milestones and KPIs internally.
  • Communicate regularly with partners via telephone and email, negotiate and deliver contracts, and oversee production of post-event reports.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in account management in a relevant environment (Publisher/Luxury ideally)
  • Proven experience working with senior client decision-makers to deliver long-term marketing solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about premium food and beverage brands and experienced in sponsorship and brand activations.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally.
