Enterprise Account Executive – AI SaaS (Retail)

To £80k + OTE + Equity

Must be able to get to London once a wk ability to travel 30% of the year globally

 

This AI startup, currently focused on the Grocery Retail sector, is looking to hire their very first Enterprise Account Executive!

 

You will be accountable and responsible for developing, executing and managing the sales cycle for retail clients, with a focus on building a qualified pipeline and closing new logos.

 

You will report to the VP of Sales, and will work closely with sales engineering, customer success, and pre-sales teams to deliver on both business and technical value. This is not a siloed position.

 

The Role:

This position requires creative and consultative sales skills. You will be expected to educate and inform clients on all products of the business relevant to the retail industry and in general. The nature of the industry means you will need to relish in a B2B enterprise environment, understanding complex stakeholder management (often dealing with innovation teams, through to procurement & finance teams), whilst having the experience to navigate multi-million dollar deals.

Minimum requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B Enterprise sales – ideally selling within the retail/grocery ecosystem.
  • 1+ years experience within a Tech startup
  • 2+ years experience working within Retail Tech (preferred)
  • A positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient.
  • 100% reliable and detail-oriented. A drive to execute ?awlessly
  • Proven ability to in?uence cross-functional teams
  • Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to attend the London office at least once/week
  • Ability to travel 30% of the year globally
  • Must understand the early-stage business ecosystem. Which includes broad responsibilities, a dynamic environment, lots of changes, plus lots of fun!
