Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS/Software
Nottingham, Office Based
To £30k (£50,000 OTE)

This high-growth software provider are looking to hire an ambitious, self-motivated, and highly driven SDR to join their existing sales team of 4. With a genuine OTE of £50,000, this role would suit a highly tenacious, driven and proactive salesperson.

As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing sales opportunities from warm prospects. Primary responsibilities include engaging with potential customers who have participated in webinars, qualifying their needs, identifying decision-makers, and arranging demos or phone calls.

Day to day responsibilities:

·       Connecting with decision makers and engaging in high-quality conversations

·       Scheduling virtual meetings, with minimal cancellations

·       Proactively seeking out new cold leads (10% of the job)

As the newest member of the sales team, you will receive an extensive induction and sales training period before diving into the role, working alongside experienced professionals who will mentor and support you on your journey. With clear advancement opportunities to become a Business Development Manager within 12-18 months, this is a chance to accelerate a sales career with an established SaaS company!

Key Requirements:

·       1-2 years' successful sales experience, selling SaaS/software, Tech/ Digital solutions

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Understanding of Sales Development best practices and methods

·       Proven track record in sales development within mid-market/enterprise customers

·       Inquisitive, goal-oriented, and resilient – with evidence of hitting and exceeding sales targets

·       Motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment where your overall take-home is in your control! £
