Enterprise Sales Executive – FinTech
70K EURO + Double OTE
Dublin/Hybrid

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive/Enterprise Sales Executive to sell an innovative FinTech solution to card issuers, Banks, and BaaS providers.

As an integral part of the sales team, you will be responsible for proactively driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on opportunities within the payment landscape.

This is an outbound, lead generation, new business sales role!

Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the card issuer market segment.

·       Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

·       Understand the unique needs and challenges of card issuers and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

·       Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment of solutions with market demand.

·       Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of the FinTech solution.

·       Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including contract negotiation and closing agreements.

·       Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

·       Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

·       Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, or as a Senior Account Executive in the FinTech landscape

·       Strong understanding of payment processing, card issuance, and related technologies.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

·       Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.

·       Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

·       Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take ownership of projects and initiatives.

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
