Required to be in West Sussex office 2 days per week plus London office 1 day per week (& international travel)

Role Overview:
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with global luxury brands, focusing on event activations and digital campaigns
- Leading the charge in meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives
- Showcasing the brand's position and offerings to key stakeholders and decision-makers worldwide
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and optimise partner experiences.
- Negotiating and finalizing annual and multi-year partnership deals, with a keen eye on ROI and KPIs
Requirements:
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in commercial sponsorship roles, with a strong track record of closing deals at scale across the luxury/hospitality sector
- A consultative sales approach, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A strategic mindset and a passion for luxury hospitality and premium F&B brands
- Familiarity with legal contracts and CRM tools, with proficiency in languages such as Spanish, French, or Italian considered a plus.
