Hybrid role – 3 days in Central London office
£60k – £70k + uncapped OTE (double-triple your base salary!)
Seeking an ambitious Saas experienced sales team leader, to join this high-growth global company who are now making waves in the UK market, due to exponential growth.
Venturing into new territories, means they are on the hunt for a dynamic Business Development Team Leader to join the team in the stunning Central London office. As a BDE Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in this business of leading and coaching the BDE’s to hit and exceed targets, whilst also achieving your own set targets.

Day to Day responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development team
- Track and analyse individual and team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Strategise with the team on effective ways to understand client needs and position solutions accordingly.
- Work closely with the sales team to set realistic targets and ensure they are met or exceeded
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of the solutions in relation to the client's specific needs
- Hit and exceed your own sales targets and KPI’s whilst managing the team
About you
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the digital transformation landscape, and the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing business development team. The goal is to drive revenue growth, foster client satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation in the dynamic field of digital solutions
