What You'll Do:

  • Expand Reach: Strategically identify and promote standout podcast clips to expand community engagement.
  • Engage & Refine: Interact with online communities, influencers, and feedback to fine-tune tactics and boost results.
  • Innovate: Bring fresh ideas and cutting-edge strategies to elevate the brand and stay ahead of trends.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Expertise: 2+ years of growing experience social media engagement, preferably in media or podcasting.
  • Growth Hacker Mentality: Passionate about finding unconventional ways to drive growth and engagement.
  • Creative & Analytical: Strong content creation skills combined with the ability to track and analyze social media performance.
  • Strategic & Adaptable: Able to execute big-picture strategies while adapting to trends and experimenting with new ideas.
  • Podcast Enthusiast: Knowledge of the podcasting world and its audience behaviours is a must.
