Product Marketing Lead – AdTech

Taking a mobile-centric approach in the development of sophisticated data-driven marketing & advertising solutions, they now provide services across 10 markets within Europe, Africa, N. America, and S. America.

Continuing to scale at pace, this company are now looking to appoint a global product marketing lead in the UK/Europe to drive the successful launch and communication of its products in the market.

This is a generalist PM role focused on go-to-market strategies for various regions and localisation efforts. You'll be responsible for creating marketing collateral to support sales teams in each area and helping to tailor our products and solutions for different audiences based on market research and user feedback.

The Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Product and Business Solutions teams in the Madrid HQ, as such it will be a huge advantage if this candidate can speak both Spanish and English.

This role will also involve developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for new products and features, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and maximising market impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products, focusing on segmentation, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Product Positioning: Develop compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with target audiences, emphasising key features and benefits.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, sales, and engineering to align product development with market needs and customer feedback.
  • Customer Insights: Analyse customer insights and market trends to inform product enhancements and marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Management: Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign effectiveness, using data to optimise strategies and report on key metrics.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, building relationships and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Mentorship: Guide the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • English speaking plus Spanish fluency, a plus!
  • 4+ years of product marketing experience in Adtech or Martech.
  • Strong analytical skills to inform marketing decisions.
  • Proven success in launching products in the Adtech industry.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.
  • Prior experience working for a high-growth start-up/scale-up and operating in an entrepreneurial environment
