As a dynamic and rapidly growing business, they are seeking a proactive, driven, and self-motivated Analyst to join the growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing their market presence and contributing to the success of their payment authentication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis.
  • Interpret results, develop informed opinions, and translate conclusions into internal and external content.
  • Perform competitive landscape analysis, including pricing evaluations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in the payments space.
  • Network and build connections to drive new business opportunities, such as inclusion in RFPs.
  • Develop relevant content to support Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts and ongoing customer service.
  • Channel feedback to the product team from clients, potential clients, and industry sources.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and reference point for clients.
  • Prepare comprehensive and concise reports summarising research findings.
  • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
