As a dynamic and rapidly growing business, they are seeking a proactive, driven, and self-motivated Analyst to join the growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing their market presence and contributing to the success of their payment authentication solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis.
- Interpret results, develop informed opinions, and translate conclusions into internal and external content.
- Perform competitive landscape analysis, including pricing evaluations.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in the payments space.
- Network and build connections to drive new business opportunities, such as inclusion in RFPs.
- Develop relevant content to support Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts and ongoing customer service.
- Channel feedback to the product team from clients, potential clients, and industry sources.
- Act as a subject matter expert and reference point for clients.
- Prepare comprehensive and concise reports summarising research findings.
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing

- Payments industry experience.
