Responsibilities:

International Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive sponsorship and badge sales revenue in the UK market.
  • Identify key target markets and regions for outreach, leveraging market insights and industry trends.

Sponsorship Sales:

  • Lead sponsorship sales efforts, targeting businesses, organisations, and brands interested in aligning with our brand and engaging with global audiences.
  • Conduct prospecting, outreach, and negotiations to secure agreements, ensuring alignment with partner objectives and our brand values.

Badge Sales:

  • Drive badge sales outreach, targeting individuals, organizations, and delegations interested in attending our UK event.
  • Develop sales strategies and campaigns to increase awareness and drive sales among international audiences.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalised solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in international sales, with experience in selling sponsorships or event packages within a culture focussed or festival business
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and the creative industries.
  • Knowledge of international markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
