Head of Talent required to join this groundbreaking event as it prepares to launch in London next year. Celebrating the convergence of the interactive, film, and music industries for the right candidate this will be a job role like no other!

We are seeking a strategic and resourceful Head of Talent to join the team and ensure the event features top-tier talent across various sectors.

Role Overview: The Head of Talent will be responsible for identifying and engaging with leading figures in music, film, tech, and influencer spheres. You will collaborate with agencies, PR firms, and sponsors to secure appearances, but you won't handle direct bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agency Collaboration: Work with talent agencies, PR firms, and commercial partners to engage top UK and international talent.
  • Talent Scouting: Identify potential speakers and participants aligned with the event’s brand.
  • Event Integration: Ensure talent is effectively integrated into the event’s programming.
  • Sponsor Coordination: Align talent engagements with sponsor objectives.
  • Information Management: Maintain detailed records on talent availability and activities.
  • Commercial Agency Pitches: Support pitches to sponsors with detailed talent profiles.
  • Logistics and Planning: Coordinate with logistics teams and PR firms to finalise schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years in talent management, agency collaboration, or related fields. Large-scale event experience is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong networking skills.
