Overview:

We are seeking a talented Creative Campaign Manager with exceptional copywriting skills to join an ambitious and dynamic marketing team, driving the excitement and engagement for an inaugural conference festival event in the UK.

This role, which can be seen as an advanced Marketing Coordinator, involves managing relationships with various agencies, overseeing engagement, and supporting the Marketing Director in administrative and management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Agency Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with social, brand, and paid media agencies. Ensure alignment and effective communication between all parties.

·       Campaign Coordination: Oversee the coordination of engagement with agencies, provide necessary reports and assets, and monitor campaign performance.

·       Copywriting: Produce high-quality content for various channels, ensuring all copy aligns with brand voice and messaging. Although not primarily responsible for social media management, you will occasionally contribute to social media activities.

·       Administrative Support: Assist the Marketing Director with management and administrative tasks related to campaign execution and agency coordination.

·       Website and CRM Management: Oversee website updates and CRM management, ensuring all digital assets and data are up-to-date and effectively utilised.

·       Content Creation: Generate compelling content to populate various marketing channels, coordinating with agencies to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Experience:

·       Proven experience in a marketing coordination role.

·       Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to produce engaging and effective content.

·       Strong organisational and project management abilities.

·       Ability to manage multiple agencies and ensure seamless collaboration.

·       Familiarity with website and CRM management.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to support and assist senior marketing leaders.

·       Prior success working for a start-up/launch event – familiar with working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Additional Information:

While you won’t be responsible for creating social media assets or building influencer campaigns, you will coordinate posts and ensure agency-led activations are executed smoothly. This role is essential for ensuring all marketing activities are well-coordinated and align with our strategic objectives.
