Brand Partnerships Director – Digital Media Sales
up to £75k plus commission (OTE = c£110k)

Role Overview:

  • Build and grow relationships with UK-based media agencies, PR firms, and top-tier clients.
  • Lead multi-platform advertising strategies across digital, social, and bespoke solutions.
  • Unlock new business opportunities and proactively solicit RFPs.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to pitch innovative proposals, tailored to client needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting while driving significant revenue.
  • Represent our brand at events, solidifying our market-leading position.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of proven success in digital media sales/ brand partnerships, exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong relationships with mid to senior-level clients and agencies in the UK.
  • Expertise in digital media, plus a passion for innovation and trends.
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and strategic communication skills.
  • Highly driven, organised, and results-oriented with a sharp focus on personal and corporate success.
