Account Executive / A&R – Music Financing Platform
Location: London, UK (hybrid working, 3 days in office)
Salary – £dependent on experience plus commission & equity

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, build and nurture strong relationships with artists and industry players
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal execution
  • Oversee all points of the sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiating, onboarding, and close
  • Create and execute strategic plans on how to generate new leads and penetrate the UK market
  • Attend industry events, showcases, and conferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and integration of deals
  • Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities and drive efficiency across the sales cycle
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in the music fintech space

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years in a music industry, artist-facing role
  • Passion for music and a knack for closing creative deals
  • Self-starter with exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in music, media or related field
