VP of Sales – AdTech

As they continue to expand they are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead the UK sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build strategic partnerships with agencies and brands.
The ideal candidate will have worked at a DSP and have had success driving revenue directly as well as team management experience. This is a hands on VP role, not just a team manager position.

- Experienced Sales Leader: 10+ years in advertising, MarTech, or related fields, with a proven track record in the UK market.
- Established Network: Extensive relationships with brands, agencies, and trading partners.
- Strategic and Commercially Savvy: Skilled in high-level trading and business partnership discussions.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Able to engage, persuade, and lead conversations with senior stakeholders
