This role requires proficiency in marketing events, digital strategies, and meticulous brand stewardship, ideally with experience working in a B2B digital agency.

With a unique perk of every other Friday off, this agency values efficiency and cherishes work-life balance.

About You:

You will collaborate closely with the team to craft comprehensive communication strategies and execute impactful campaigns. Your role will involve designing and implementing measurable marketing initiatives, emphasizing ROI-driven metrics across direct marketing, digital platforms, events, awards, and sponsorships. You'll work closely with the business to create compelling written content for external audiences, injecting curiosity and innovation to continually enhance the marketing efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Budget management skills
  • Ability to define robust communication strategies with a strong grasp of GDPR and ePrivacy regulations
  • Proficiency in storytelling through brand development and messaging
  • Proven track record in digital marketing within B2B channels (ongoing and campaign-driven)
  • Experience developing marketing assets such as videos, podcasts/webcasts, presentations, and compelling copy, while effectively managing agencies and freelancers
  • Expertise in advertising, sponsorships, and campaign planning
  • Proficiency in email campaigns and public relations agency management

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in the SaaS sector
  • Utilisation of reporting and analytical tools
  • Knowledge of CRM solution management and segmentation
  • Strong leadership capabilities in team management
  • Collaborative work experience in international, multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to build credibility and respect across various organizational levels
  • Track record of successful campaign delivery in international settings
