WHO WE ARE

We launched Urban Digital in March 2020 (just before the pandemic hit the UK) and are proud to have withstood these turbulent times. Partnering with some of the world’s most exciting start-up & scale-up businesses, we have been authentically aligned to our clients and this pioneering market space.   

We are hard-working, tenacious and resilient and hope that to have scaled during such unprecedented times demonstrates our determination to deliver for our clients.

We all have first-hand industry experience and exceptional market knowledge. This is gained from years of working industry side, including brands such as Google, The Guardian, Channel 4, Future Publishing, Fox Interactive Media, and Omnicom – to name but a few!

We support clients to source and secure the most suitable talent for each, specific role, in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. We achieve this through networking and headhunting across our extensive network of contacts.

Our network consists of candidates in sales, marketing, engineering, strategy, brand partnerships, product and more. Furthermore, our shortlists commonly feature those that aren’t actively seeking new roles, so they’ll unlikely be on job boards or applying directly. You need our help to find and approach them!
