We’re excited to be partnered with a leading contextual advertising technology business, on an exclusive basis, in the hunt for a new Senior Sales Manager to join their UK team.

Our client is a market leading ai based contextual advertising technology company that creates highly impactful and engaging advertising solutions, powering advertising returns for top publishers and advertisers, without the use of cookies.

They have a strong international presence with 300+ employees across 10+ countries, and having received 200M + in funding, they have exciting future growth pans.

The role

In the role of Senior Sales Manager, you’ll report into the Group Director and be responsible for prospecting and closing deals with agencies and advertisers for UK advertising campaigns.

You’ll be expected to develop a deep understanding of the agencies and advertisers you’re responsible for, and build strong relationships with the programmatic, planning, trading and buying teams, educating them on the endless benefits of contextual advertising through our client's innovative technology solutions, and ultimately, winning business.

The role is a combination of strategic growth of existing tier 1 accounts and new business, opening doors with new agency partners within a specific holding group patch. 

This is a hands-on, sales and business development role that will touch all cycles, from hunting to building innovative partner development solutions for key advertisers and agency accounts.


Extensive commercial experience in digital media and technology is a must have for this role, and established relationships with the programmatic, planning, trading and buying teams at some of the big 6 agencies is essential.

We are looking for a candidate with a track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, and for you to be fully up to speed with the complex and ever changing ad-tech market, with knowledge of industry trends, terms and technology.

Excellent pitching skills are also a must have in this role!

In terms of personality traits needed to really succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a charismatic, energetic, and resourceful person, with a proactive approach and a passion for success.
