Senior Brand Partnerships Sales/Associate Director-Global Publisher

c£60-65k plus 50% commission (uncapped)

As a leader of the sales team, you’ll be responsible for building sales strategy across the UK business and implementing tactics to produce, meet and exceed new business revenue targets through strategic partnerships, social and media advertising. The role will see you mentor and guide more junior members of the team, whilst also generating your own revenue from agencies/clients.

Role Overview:

? Significantly increase revenue across UK market by driving new advertiser acquisition

? Act within a market leadership role interacting with all level executives amongst a dedicated territory fostering relationships with decision makers across clients and agencies

? Develop, manage and evolve a sales strategy, pipeline management and implementation tactics to meet and exceed individual revenue targets, and support the development and strategic growth of the rest of the team.

? Provide an analytical approach to RFP reviews identifying the barriers to entry for growth and expansion across the specified territory and providing a solution-driven approach to brand and client challenges

? Develop pitches and any supporting materials through proactive communication of new or improved product offerings

? Regularly report on the development and progress of business against clearly defined targets

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a specialism in creative selling, robust agency and client relationships and has a proven track record in nurturing and developing a team in order to develop an expanding revenue line for the UK business.

? Minimum of (8) years of experience within digital media sales

? Black-book of agency/brand direct contacts

? Proven track record in developing new business and achieving sales targets whilst managing opportunities from prospect to execution

? Team Leadership/ Management experience- preferable

? Experience working with multi-touchpoint campaigns

? Self starter who is detail orientated and highly organised

? Ability to multi-task with a tenacious ability to execute sales campaigns

? Proficiency in Google Slides/ Drive, comScore and media operational platforms
