Sales Director – Adtech- Real-time Attention Measurement

Up to £90k plus bonus and equity

REMOTE – travel to London required to meet major agencies & brands

Well-funded industry leader in the rapidly growing field of real-time attention measurement, bringing transparency to media quality through proprietary attention data. This US owned business produces quality ratings have enabled the world's top brands to maximise campaign performance and optimise their media spend.

Having seen a huge amount of success over the past few years overseas and also in the UK, they are now seeking a UK based (preferably London based) Sales Director to be the 1st UK person on the ground to lead their relationships with brands and media agencies in the UK.

They believe that increasing the transparency of media quality is a critical first step toward repairing the damage caused to our industry by bad metrics.

You'll be joining a company making a positive impact on the digital media market using evidence-based metrics to increase the transparency of media quality.

Role Overview

  • Sell a new way of rating and measuring media quality using attention metrics into major agencies and brands
  • Sell the nuances of current media quality measurement tools (verification, MTA, MMM, etc.)
  • Run a pitch process that can involve publishers, agencies, and brands
  • Work autonomously and handle accounts from prospecting through to delivery


  • Deep relationships across at least 2 major media agency groups
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in AdTech, measurement, or media analytics
  • Desire to prospect via outreach, referrals, or other means
  • Familiarity with programmatic ecosystem and AdTech in general
  • Experience selling media measurement a plus
