  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with objectives for the UK launch.
  • Identify and prioritise potential partners across industries, focusing on organisations capable of significant B2B badge purchases.

Sponsorship and Commercial Partnerships:

  • Source, negotiate, and execute major sponsorship and commercial partnership agreements exceeding £100k in value.
  • Identify unique opportunities for sponsors to align with brand and engage effectively with target audiences.

B2B Badge Sales:

  • Lead sales efforts for B2B badges, targeting organisations interested in sending delegates to the event.
  • Develop sales strategies to secure B2B badge purchases, including personalised outreach and tailored packages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organisations to drive badge sales.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, delivering value-added solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and executing major sponsorship and commercial partnerships.
  • Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on large-ticket sales to organisations.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
