My client is seeking a fantastic journalist with a pioneering grasp for digital. You will also need to display great commissioning experience within your work.

 

The Role:

The role will see the successful applicant, manage the day-to-day operations and develop the strategy for this fast-growing website and wider digital output, helping to steer the UK’s biggest, most interesting and most widely respected B2B title through its continued transformation into a multi-media powerbrand.

 

Highly strategic role whereby a huge focus will be not only on the website but also on their all important newsletter.

 

The role offers an incredibly exciting trajectory as they are expanding its editorial team again to support the development of new content and new channels.

 

The Ideal Candidate – Requirements:

  • B2B/B2C journalist with a huge amount of digital experience and gravitas!
  • Organised, fast, and creative
  • Strong knowledge of digital trends, developments and tools
  • Good people management and training skills
  • Experience in commissioning, editing and promoting all forms of digital output (ie including video, podcasts and social media)
  • Knowledge of retail, food and drink, fast moving consumer goods is highly desirable
