Remote + Occasional travel
c£60k + OTE

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, driven and self-motivated Account Manager to enhance the presence of this business in market, focusing on payment authentication solutions for an expanding client base.

Ideally you have worked in a FinTech customer success role and are familiar with nurturing existing client relationships, helping them to maximise the technology solution and roll it out successfully.

A background with global issuer-processors, embedded banking-as-a-Service platforms or card issuing platforms, is highly advantageous!

As Account Manager, you will:

Drive sales initiatives and maintain relationships with existing enterprise-level clients.

Be able to identify and foster strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders at clients

Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive revenue growth for existing client base

Assess any risk factors for the long term success of the relationship

Consistently achieve and surpass revenue targets

Channel feedback to product team from clients

Forecast and track key account metrics

Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging tech in the payments space, and use this to drive account management strategy

Report progress, challenges, and insights to the management and other relevant teams

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Ideal Candidate

Proven track record of nurturing existing clients and spotting new revenue opportunities

Success at exceeding revenue targets

Strong communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal – experience of being a key point of contact for an existing client base

Proven ability to manage multiple prospective accounts at a time with a focus on execution and prioritisation of lucrative opportunities

Analytical mindset combined with commercial savvy

Hard-working individual with initiative and self-motivation

High standards of integrity

Proficient in Salesforce and similar CRM platform

A background with global issuer-processors, embedded banking-as-a-Service platforms or card issuing platforms
