The Role

  • Reporting into the Director of Client Success, you will lead the UK Customer Success team of 4 (and growing), delivering exceptional service and success to clients, across the digital media owner landscape
  • You will work with clients to define their evolving strategy, enabling advertisers to deliver their display, mobile, and video branding and direct response campaigns triggered by the specific search behaviour of individual users
  • Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities, increasing client satisfaction and spend
  • Collaborate with sales, to identify opportunities to expand the company's footprint within each existing account
  • Ensure customer SLAs are met
  • As the clients dedicated point of contact, you will provide frequent communication, meetings, and industry insights as well as data and analytic reports to maximise their return from your in privacy-first marketing solutions
  • You will drive your team to hit business objectives and targets (up-selling/renewals) inspiring the team to grow and succeed in their roles

Desired Skills / Experience

  • Extensive experience working within AdTech (or a Media Agency background)
  • Proven experience leading a junior account management/client success team
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital media landscape (AdTech, display, mobile, video…)
  • Have a strong commercial acumen, can work to targets and are a natural about spotting new revenue opportunities
  • Passionate about tech innovation, AI driven technology and ML
  • You're level-headed – comfortable being objective
  • Experienced engaging with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation and written skills
