We’re excited to be partnered with a leading affiliate marketing agency, on an exclusive basis, in the hunt for a new Account Manager to join their UK team.
Our client is one of the biggest players in the affiliate marketing world, and works with top brands such as Amazon Music, Swarovski, Reebok, Crocs, Columbia and many more! .
They have a strong international presence with 350+ employees across 10+ countries, with a team of 60+ in Europe. The role
In the role of Affiliate Account Manager, you’ll report into the Account Director and be responsible for managing 3-5 of the agency’s key accounts, overseeing affiliate marketing strategy and execution in the French and wider EMEA market.
You’ll serve as a regular point of contact for clients’ strategic and account questions and lead weekly client calls. You’ll also be expected to oversee successful client affiliate programmes by developing effective strategies and tactical plans for achieving client goals, proactively offering new and innovative ideas to the overall programme strategy.
You’ll execute effective affiliate recruitment, activation and optimization strategies that align with the goals of the client, and provide clients with regular reporting, developing strategic programme plans and present resulting data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.

The ideal candidate will be excited to jump into a start-up like environment within a larger international firm. You must be able to handle changing priorities, be able to work through ambiguity, and have a proactive mindset.
3-5 years experience in digital marketing/affiliate marketing is a must have for this role, and fluency in French is a key requirement for the role.
Excellent client service and account management skills are also a must have in this role!
In terms of personality traits needed to really succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a charismatic, energetic, and resourceful person, with a proactive approach and a passion for success.
